Col Toront, Nevegal Belluno

Lassù

(meaning "up there")

is an apartment that sits at around 1,300 metres in Nevegal,

high enough that evenings get quiet early, and mornings are filled with the scent of the forest

and the freshness of nature.

From the balcony, you can trace the ridgeline

(Vette Feltrine, Schiara, Serva, Pelmo and other peaks of the Dolomites)

and watch the light shift across the valley.

Honestly, it's a little annoying how photogenic it gets, especially early morning or late afternoon.

Trails begin right outside the door, inviting you to stretch your legs in the woods.

Each day you choose: a ridge hike, a slow stroll,  a downhill bike ride. Or just sit back on the balcony and breathe, because most of us have forgotten how that works. Both the breathing and the doing nothing.

That's the whole idea of being Lassù.

No hype, no crowds, and definitely no one trying to sell you a perfect mountain experience.

This place is for those who prefer their mountains authentic.

Rest

01

This mountain apartment is where time

stretches a little.
You might sit by the window with a cup of coffee, watch the light move across the room, or just listen to the trees outside. The pellet stove flickers in the living room; maybe you read a book while resting on the couch. And somewhere between the quiet and the warmth, you find yourself doing less, and remembering how to slow down.

Root

02

We like spending time in the kitchen, preparing simple meals and enjoying the easy rhythm of cooking at home. Maybe that’s your way, too. Morning coffee (and every other meal) tastes better when the mountains are your view!

After a day outside, there’s a quiet pleasure in making something simple, with ingredients picked up nearby.
Local producers and little shops are just a short drive away.

Breathe

03

Step outside and take in the landscape.
From the terrace of the apartment, your gaze stretches toward the Dolomites, Belluno, and the valley below.

Sit with a cup of tea (or vino) and let stillness find you. Nature does the rest.

If you enjoy walking, a path starts just behind the house, inviting you to wander in the quiet.

Don’t be daunted by the silence, you might come to love it. We certainly do!
